1. Marketing Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain creative contents on company website on mobile application.
2. Sales Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports.
3. Commercial Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing strategies, discount policies, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Analyze financial data to guide commercial decision-making.
- Forecast revenue and develop strategic plans for business growth.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail / store management, preferably in grocery or ethnic food sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil languages.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, website handling, online purchase management and basic
accounting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
